Constellation Energy Scholarship -- The Howard Community College Educational Foundation has created a new scholarship for HCC students in the engineering honors learning community that do not qualify for Pell grants. $5,000 scholarships to the recipients. Howard Community College New and Renewed Scholarships for 2008-2009 -- HCC students that meet the criteria are encouraged to apply. New scholarships that are financial-need based, renewed scholarships that are financial- and non-need based, and renewed 2007 Grand Prix scholarships, both need and non-need based are available.
