Nichole K. Cordes and Brian E. Daum Jr.

Jane Cordes, of Elkton, announces the engagement of her daughter, Nichole Kathleen Cordes, to Brian Earl Daum Jr., son of Alicia and Brian Earl Daum Sr., of Hurlock, formerly of Ellicott City. The bride-to-be's father is the late William T. Cordes Jr.

The bride-to-be graduated from Hillsborough High School in New Jersey in 2001. She is a server at Rocky Run Tap and Grill.

The future groom is a graduate of North Dorchester High School and a 2004 graduate of the Good Fellow Ambulance Co. Training Facility. He is an emergency medical technician with Stat Care Ambulance Co.

A June 2009 wedding is planned.
