Karen and Wayne Pusey, of Columbia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Pusey, to Brandon Klein, son of Barb and Art Klein, of Westminster, Colo.

The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Long Reach High School and a 2005 graduate of Western Maryland College, now McDaniel College. She is an application developer with Constellation Energy.

The future groom is a 2003 graduate of California Lutheran University, where he received a degree in criminal justice. He is a legal contracts associate with Constellation Energy.

A Sept. 26, 2010 wedding is planned.
