Kristi E. Clements and A. Jesse Tampio

Dearne and George Clements, of Ellicott City, formerly of Columbia, announce the marriage of their daughter, Kristi E. Clements, to A. Jesse Tampio, son of Phyllis and Chuck Tampio, of Tucson, Ariz., and Nancy and Guy McMichael, of Washington, D.C., on Oct. 10, 2009. Catherine C. Blake officiated.

The bride received a bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and a graduate certificate in instructional design from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She is a senior human capital consultant with Deloitte & Touche Consulting.

The groom received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a law degree from Harvard Law School. He is an attorney advisor with the U.S. Department of State.

The ceremony and reception took place at the Bolger Center in Potomac. Karina Ferry was maid of honor and Nicholas Tampio served as best man.

The couple honeymooned on the French Riviera and in Barcelona, Spain, and they reside in Washington, D.C.
