Cindy Smith and Casey Evans, of Sykesville, announce the birth of their daughter, London Faith Evans, on Nov. 27 at 12:33 p.m. She weighed 6 pounds, .3 ounces. Her grandparents are Harriet and Glenn Carrick, of Ellicott City; Sharon Evans, of Columbia; and Donna and Larry Evans, of Eldersburg.
