PSAT/SAT Registration Deadline is Friday

Even before the official start of school, there is an important deadline for rising seniors at River Hill High School this Friday, Aug. 22.

The RHHS-PTSA is sponsoring three PSAT/SAT Prep Course sessions this fall. For seniors only, the session will be taught Tuesdays through Thursdays, Sept. 2-Oct. 2, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. This session includes critical reading/writing and math for $200, but the registration deadline is Aug. 22.

Rising juniors have more options, more time to prepare for January PSATs and more time before registration deadlines. Two sessions will be offered. Session 1 meets Saturdays, Sept. 27-Dec. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon, plus review sessions in January. Registration deadline is Sept. 19. Session 2 meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 28-Jan. 8 from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. plus reviews until Jan. 20. Registration deadline for Session 2 is Oct. 13.

The cost for each session is $275 for both critical reading/writing and math and $175 for one of the two sessions. Limited financial aid is available.
