Amusing Fall Festival at Super Fresh This Saturday

Super Fresh will have an Elkridge Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 25 from 11 a.m. 2 p.m. The day of fun will feature the Elkridge Landing Middle School “Band Instrument Costume Contest.”

The talented students will be performing at 11:30 a.m., and everyone is invited to attend. Please bring along your camera, because not only will the students be dressed in costumes while performing, but their band instruments will be creatively clad in costumes as well. This should be a fall festival to remember.

This is the first time I’ve tried anything like this, the fun is in the adventure,” Elkridge Landing Middle School band instructor Sue Owens said. The band will be entertaining the crowd with songs such as, The Addams Family, Dr. Rockenstein and Scooby-Doo. The songs are Halloween themed, but instead of spookiness, a wacky style prevails with silly sounds like duck calls, and slide whistles. This will be an amusing event for all ages.
