Citizens, Beware of a White Chevy Truck

Please be on the look out for a white Chevrolet pickup truck with dual wheels in the back and magnetic signs on the doors. The tag number begins with a “T” and the last someone in the area saw it there was an old lawn mower and a stained mattress in the back.

There have been at least 22 reported vehicle break-ins along Montgomery Road since last Tuesday, according to neighbors. A detective involved with a recent attempted theft case in Elkridge said that this is the same truck and at least one of the same men involved. He said that they are career criminals and for them to get jail time the police need to catch them in the act of stealing or with stolen goods. The passenger is a tall black man with some grey hair. The driver is believed to be a slight white man in his 30s.

Be aware and report any suspicious looking vehicles, especially this white Chevy truck.
