Fire Station Fundraiser set for Sept. 15

The inaugural Elkridge Volunteer Fire Department Golf Tournament is in a few weeks! The day of raising funds for a new fire station is Monday, Sept. 15.

Sign up now by calling Tami Scovich at 410-761-6633, Ext. 3 or e-mail frefroggie@verizon.net, or John Fioretti at 410-379-5422 or e-mail fiore8457@aol.com. The fee is $100 per golfer which includes four chances to try your luck for a hole-in-one prize and other awards!

The golfing event will take place at Compass Pointe Golf Course, in Pasadena.

Respresentatives from our Elkridge firehouse said, “As our community grows with new families, schools and businesses so does the demand for services from our station. We are committed to help assure our volunteers wil have the best resources available on every call for help, and to assure you get above and beyond the service you deserve. Should you need to make that 911 call, Station 1 will be ready to respond!”

There are also sponsorship opportunities available .  You don’t have to be a golfer to participate!
