Recreation and Parks Month at Sunset Serenade Concert

County Executive Kenneth Ulman will proclaim July as  “Recreation and Parks Month” in Howard County on Wednesday, July 1st, at 7 p.m., at the start of the Sunset Serenade Concert at Centennial Park South. The July 1st concert will feature the sounds of Grupo Latin Continental - a lively latino band.
