This weekend is Glenelg High School’s homecoming weekend. The festivities kick off early, with a pancake breakfast Saturday, Oct. 18 from 8 to 11 am. The breakfast is hosted by the class of 2010 and all proceeds will go to fund the prom. Breakfast will include all you can eat chocolate chip and plain pancakes, and a cookie monster impersonator.
Be sure to bring your camera! Tickets can be purchased in advance for $8. There will only be 150 tickets sold at the door from 8 to 10 a.m., so come early.
Following the breakfast, step outside and enjoy the Homecoming parade down Burntwoods Road, beginning at noon. The football game against Atholton High School begins at 1:30 p.m. For more information about the breakfast, or to purchase tickets, e-mail Michelle Oland at michelle_oland@hcpss.org or call 410-313-5528.
