Christmas Schooner: A New Musical Appearing at Chapelgate Theatre

Chapelgate Presbyterian Church presents Christmas Schooner: A New Musical, through a special arrangement with Musical Theatre International of New York. This humorous and family friendly holiday show, which is based upon a book by John Reeger, portrays the true-life story of a 19th century schooner captain who braved the elements to transport Christmas trees from upper Lake Michigan to Chicago’s German immigrants.

Performances are scheduled for Dec. 12 at 8 p.m., Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Dec. 14 at 5 p.m. Tickets cost $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors.
