Har Sinai Congregation announced the election of new board president Louise Zirretta, of Owings Mills, as well as six additional officers and new trustees. Columbia resident Arthur C. Gold was announced as second vice president.

Har Sinai Congregation, in Owings Mills, is the oldest continuously Reform congregation in the United States.

Jewell Hines has joined commercial real estate and residential land development firm Manekin as an asset manager. Working from the firm's Columbia headquarters, she is responsible for a portfolio of office buildings in Howard and Prince George's counties.
