This is always a great community event for an evening of great food and entertainment. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs and blankets and plan to enjoy a delicious catered picnic dinner.
Our own Deanna Bogart will be featured. I was fortunate enough to hear her at the first Relay for Life. She is a fantastic performer.
The picnic starts at 5 p.m. Proceeds from the event go to the Glenelg Bands and Marching Unit. Tickets are $30 for adults, $17.00 for children younger than 12 and free for children under five. Tickets will not be sold at the gate, so go online and purchase your tickets at www.glenelgbands.com.
