Mark T. Paré, of Sykesville, has been named President of the Board of Directors of The Arc of Baltimore.

Paré previously served as treasurer of The Arc's Board, and is the director of fund analysis at Enterprise Community Investment, a syndicator of low-income housing tax credits.

Paré joined The Arc of Baltimore's Board of Directors in 2005, and has served as treasurer since 2006. He originally was introduced to The Arc through the organization's assistance in preparing marketing materials for Legg Mason Capital Management, where Paré formerly served as a vice president.

The St. Agnes Foundation announced the appointment of three new members, including one Howard County resident, Harry Davis Jr., to its Board of Directors and Fumiko Campbell as the first ever Board Member Emeritus.

Davis, of Woodbine, is currently the president of Alpha Omega Biotechnology LLC, a biotechnology company with a mission to provide comprehensive research animal services to the growing scientific and medical research community.
