Here we are, almost a month after “snowmageddon 1.0” and “snowmageddon 2.0” and March has come in like a lamb. Spring finally feels like it is almost here with large and still-melting snow piles as part of the scenery.  Plants are already blooming and popping up in spite of the “Blizzards of February 2010.” Just have to hope the storms will soon be a distant memory.

Spring clean up has begun in and around Russett and there is a lot of work to do for everyone fixing landscaping and their homes. For neighborhoods and neighborhood street information, go to www.russett.org.

One homeowner really got into the spring spirit by improvising a remaining snow pile with a Peter Cottontail tableau in a once-in-a century display of creativity and adaptation.
