Jennifer and David Martinez, of Sykesville, announce the birth of their son, Maxwell James Martinez, on May 28 at 1:15 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. His grandparents are Jocelyn and Ken Fowble, of Sykesville, and Sherri and Wes Bush, of League City, Texas.
