Nicky Fund Scholarship -- The Nicholas H. Baker Fund for Special Education awards an annual scholarship of $1,000 to a Maryland resident who is a junior, senior or graduate student majoring in special education at a Maryland four-year college. Constellation Energy Scholarship -- The Howard Community College Educational Foundation has created a new scholarship for HCC students in the engineering honors learning community that do not qualify for Pell grants. $5,000 scholarships to the recipients.
