Cadet Kevin Regan Jr., of Mount Airy and son of Kevin and Patricia Regan, graduated from Virginia Military Institute on May 16 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. A graduate of Glenelg High School, Regan has been commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Army.

Cadet Michael Clements, of Cocoa, Fla., formerly of Clarksville and son of Michael and Christine Clements, graduated from Virginia Military Institute on May 16 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business. Clements is a graduate of River Hill High School.
