Do the meat up simply, on the grill or in the oven, or stovetop if you wish.
Proffer the flavorful salsa on the side. Add some pilaf rice with toasted almonds and mild green chile peppers or finely diced green bell pepper. Heat some tortillas. Quaff a wine that's appropriate to the meat or fish. Or pop open a Corona or Dos Equis.
