Thursday, May 15

2 p.m.: Food, retail and craft vendors open in the Grand Ballroom and outside

3 p.m.: Tethered balloon rides and walk-through balloon begin and continue throughout the event

Children's characters appear

3:30 p.m.: Bob the Vid Tech (Grand Ballroom)

5 p.m.: Pee Wee Preakness

5:30 p.m.: Turf Valley Resort VIP party

6:30 p.m.: Balloon launch

8:30 p.m.: Balloon Glow

Friday, May 16

6:30 a.m.: Balloon launch
