Your Jan. 11 article on the Glenwood Community Center's new fee structure incorrectly reports the annual cost to my family for access to the center. We would have to pay $25 per person, or $100 a year for our family of four, not $25 for all of us, as the article states.

Even then, we would have access only to the indoor basketball courts and walking track and a game room. The workout room requires an additional fee -- as much as $263 per person annually for 100 visits -- as do other services at the center.

But in the end, our dispute is not about pricing, but about the county's failure to honor its original agreement to accord us and other families lifetime membership to this taxpayer-funded facility.
