Frances Veronica (Hansen) Jacobsen, 82, a resident of Rockville who had lived in Laurel until 2002, died June 8, 2009 in Rockville.

Mrs. Jacobsen and her husband were born and grew up in Gerritsen Beach, Brooklyn, N.Y. They moved to Laurel in 1963.

In addition to her husband, Carl Jacobsen, she was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Hansen and Mabel Algeo.

Mrs. Jacobsen is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Carla and David Malick; granddaughter Kristen; and siblings Margaret, Eileen, Louise and John.

A graveside service will be held Monday, Aug. 3 at 9 a.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.

Dolores C. (Frick) Koller, 79, of Lake Suzy, Fla., died June 2, 2009 in Lake Suzy.

She was born Aug., 23, 1929, a birth date she shared with her husband. She was a 42-year Laurel resident and lived in Wildwood Crest, N.J., for seven years,

Mrs. Koller is survived by her husband of 58 years, Aloysius J. Koller Jr.; sons and daughters-in-law Richard and Wendy, Kurt and Christine, Gerald and Charnan, and John and Kelly; and grandchildren Kurt Jason, Kevin, Johannette, Aran, Jay, Seth and Shane Koller.

Visitation will be June 20 starting at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church in Philadelphia, Pa. Burial will be at Westminster Cemetery near Philadelphia.
