Tai R. Pekins

Tai Rowan Pekins, of Columbia, died June 7, 2008, of trisomy 13, a chromosome disorder, at Howard County General Hospital. She was 18 hours old.

She was born June 7, 2008, in Columbia, to Jeffrey R. and Nicole Dorn Pekins.

Tai was predeceased by her grandfather, James Pekins.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Zoe Pekins, of Columbia; a brother, Nicolas Pekins, of Columbia; her grandparents, Sterling and Marie Dorn, of Fort Washington, and Grace Pekins, of Pittsburgh; as well as many cousins, aunts, other relatives and friends.

Services were held June 11, 2008, at Children's Garden at Howard County General Hospital, in Clarksville.
