Patuxent Publishing Company - Reprint Terms and Conditions

Patuxent Publishing Company ("PPC") is pleased to grant to you a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to reprint the photograph or article referenced on the Reprint Permission Request Form under the circumstances described on the Form, subject to the following conditions:

1. The credit line, "Patuxent Publishing Company Copyright 20___" must appear above or below the photograph or article.

2. No sales or promotional message may appear on the same page as the reprinted photograph or article.

3. Reproduction of the Patuxent Publishing Company ("PPC") logo or the logo of any Patuxent publication in any form is prohibited.

4. The photograph or article must be reprinted in its entirety as it appeared in the original publication.

5. Upon publication, a copy of the reprint, book, advertisement or other material where the photograph is reprinted must be sent to Patuxent Publishing Company, 10750 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, Maryland 21044, Attention: Lindsay Connor (Consumer Products).

6. The copyright permission fee must be paid prior to your use of the photograph or article.

7. PPC expressly forbids you from portraying PPC in a derogatory or unflattering manner.

8. You agree to assume all liability for your use of PPC's article and/or photograph, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold PPC harmless against all claims, damages, liabilities, or costs (including attorney's fees) incurred by PPC resulting from your use of PPC's photograph or article.

9. You acknowledge that PPC does not confer upon you any right whatsoever to the use of the photograph, name, or likeness or of any person or entity portrayed in the photograph for any advertising, trade or commercial purposes.

10. Please be advised that our permission is limited to the copyright and trademark rights that PPC has in the materials and does not extend to any rights of any third party.

11. PPC reserves the right to revoke this permission if any of these terms are violated.
