Curling
The Potomac Curling Club will hold open houses Thursday, Jan. 8, 7-9:30 p.m. and Jan. 10, 1-4 p.m. at the National Capital Curling Center, 13810 Old Gunpowder Road, Laurel. Wear warm, loose-fitting clothes (sweatshirt or sweater) and rubber-soled shoes. Allow 45 minutes for introduction and on-ice instruction. A $10 donation is requested ($5 for those ages 18 and younger).
