Tennis
The Howard County Tennis Association is sponsoring a low-cost, high-quality tennis program with centers at River Hill, Centennial and Marriotts Ridge high schools. The programs offered are Mom and Me (ages 4-6) and Beginner Junior (ages 7-11). Two sessions are offered: July 13-Aug. 1 and Aug. 3-22. Each session is a two-day program (5:30-6:30 p.m., Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday) for three weeks (six lessons). Cost: $72. A Saturday program (10-11 a.m.) is also offered (three lessons). Cost: $36.

Basketball
Dr. Mike Caprarola's 16th annual All-Star Basketball Summer Camp will be held at Atholton High School. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 7-18 and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The program consists of six one-week sessions running from June 29 through Aug. 14.
