Last Saturday, the Watermont Bullfrogs traveled to North St. John's Swim and Tennis Club and returned home with a 300-188 victory. The Blue Marlins hosted a fun meet.

The meet had many highlights for Watermont. David Bracken broke his brother, Christopher's, team record for the 13-14 boys 50-meter breaststroke. David's time of 34.60 beat his brother's record by 0.21.

High-point winners include Erin Shea, Derek Nguyen and Zeke Wolfgang, all with 15 points; Evan Straub, Austin Nguyen, Alissa Caulfield, Justin Nguyen, Alison Bracken and Sara Smith, all with 13 points; Alec Pupshis and David Bracken each with 11 points.

The Watermont 8-under boys, Austin Nguyen, Daniel Yienger, Liam Flynn, Ryan Keeley, James Glover, Justin Nguyen, Jacob Diaz, Cameron Pupshis and Patrick Krol, made a phenomenal showing in their events.

Watermont swimmers with personal best times by 10 seconds or more were Molly Cronin (breaststroke), Amanda Gretz (backstroke), Laura Gretz (IM), Jenna Meek (breaststroke) and Alec Pupshis (freestyle).

Bullfrogs achieving personal bests by five seconds or more were Elena Bishop (backstroke), Shannon Cooper (backstroke), Michael Caulfield (butterfly), Jack Cumming (freestyle), Olivia Getz (freestyle), Dylan Halley (backstroke), Ashley Harman (freestyle), Connor Harman (backstroke), Delaney Herbert (backstroke), Ian Kappey (IM), Justin Keeley (IM), Ryan Keeley (breaststroke), John Mathias (backstroke), Claire McKissick (IM), Mila Monteith (freestyle), Daniel Rau (breaststroke) and Cameron Smith (freestyle).

For North St. John's, Kayla Snyder, Deanna Parsons and Patrick Groh each placed first in three separate events. Kevin Zgorski, Julia Manning and Christopher Schubert all won two events. Other first-place winners include Andrew Hockersmith, Alyssa Corb, Amelia Holland, Victoria Hensh and Morgan Manning.
